I'm a new Guild Wars user. I've installed the game with no trouble on my machine.
Here are my machine's specifications:
Mainboard: eVGA 680i
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q6700
RAM: 4GB DDR2 (4x1GB)
Video: 2x eVGA 8800 GTX 768MB (in SLI)
Hard Disk: Seagate 500GB SATA300
Monitor: 3x Samsung 2053BW (connected via Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital Edition)
I have installed the latest nForce driver for my mainboard. I have installed ForceWare 180.23 driver for my video card. I have installed the latest Matrox driver for the TripleHead2Go.
When I initially launch Guild Wars, the resolution is 1024x768 and I can click on the GUI elements just fine, but the video is only on the center monitor.
In the Guild Wars GUI, I switch the resolution to 5040x1050 and it switches just fine and I do not see any graphical problems. However, even though the GUI elements are now displayed on the other monitors, their "click points" (ie, the point in the display where I need to click in order for the elements to be toggled) remain oriented to the upper left corner of the overall display.
That is, I need to click "off in space" on my far left monitor in order to register a click on a GUI element which is being displayed on the far right or center monitor.
In addition, I've contacted official support about this and they've said "tough -- it's unsupported to run in 5040x1050"

OK, im not sure I understand but if i get it, the following is happening. You have 3 monitors install side by side. Guildwars will only display in the center one and not in the others.
If this is the case, I would try to set yourself in a windowed state opposed to fullscreen. Click on the window button and then I would try to scretch the guildwars window between all 3 monitors. That may or may not work. I just dont know if Guildwars has support support for this many monitors in fullscreen but like mentioned, the stretched windowed idea may work.
Another thought is that you could try stretching guildwars to two of the monitors, and have the Guildwiki webpage up on another. this is always a great idea to pull up dungeon maps, mission information or other information on the fly.

no, that's not what's happening.
I can get Guild Wars showing on all three (and it's GORGEOUS) -- thus, it's in 5040x1050. But, the "click points" for the GUI are restricted to the far left hand monitor even though the GUI element (check box, scroll bar, etc) that they correspond to may be located on a different monitor.

The far left is probably the "active" window then. Most Windows applications aren't made to run in/across multiple windows and can act a little crazy when you try to make them.
You may want to try Matrox support. There's nothing NCSoft can do, since it's not their product that's the problem really.

That's not the problem at all!! The entire point of the TripleHead2Go is that Windows thinks that only one monitor is connected. In fact, if you look at Display Properties, only one monitor shows up. The TripleHead2Go does all of the "monitor splitting" in hardware.

i remember reading bout triplehead2go a while bak
the site i was one was actually using guild wars screenies to advertise it
so its wierd that it wouldnt work properly
quick google search and heres a link that mentions gw multiple times:
http://www.widescreengamingforum.com...ured_Rev iew)
read over it and see if any of it mite help out
the only thing that i can think of (other than updating drivers/firmware)
would be to hit f11 (options) and adjust the interface so that they all r on the left screen
crappy solution i kno, but it should hold off temporarily until u find a real fix
i also recommend trying a smaller resolution and see if that changes anything

Still svet-am, you should contact Matrox support. They may have encountered this issue before. Obviously, none of us have.
